Terms of use

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm your order by phone, not when you press the button — until then we may decline an order, for example if a product has just sold out or the delivery address is outside Cyprus.

You must be 18 or over, and the delivery address must be in the Republic of Cyprus.

All prices are in euro and include VAT at 19%. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you commit.

The price that applies is the one shown when you order. Prices on the site may change at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price — a decimal point in the wrong place, say — we will contact you rather than silently cancel or silently charge you more.

Payment is cash on delivery only. You pay the courier the full total when the parcel is handed to you. We do not accept cards, and we will never ask you for card or bank details to complete an order.

Ownership of the goods passes to you when you pay for them. Risk passes when they are delivered into your hands.

If you refuse a delivery without withdrawing first, we may decline to deliver future orders to that address.

Timescales we quote are estimates, not guarantees. Where delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable time we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

You have a 14-day right to withdraw, subject to the hygiene exception for cosmetics whose seal has been broken. Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights. See returns and withdrawal.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photography is illustrative and packaging may differ from the image, for example after a manufacturer redesign.

Cosmetics are sold for external use as directed on the packaging. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, allergies or are pregnant, check with a professional before using a new product, and patch-test anything new.

• Keep cosmetics out of reach of children.

You may browse and order. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, extract its data in bulk, or use it to place orders you do not intend to accept.

The site’s text, design and photography belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners.

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses — this shop sells to consumers.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Cypriot courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
